NEW BUILDING WORK and EXTENSIONS 

Merlin can carry out the construction of a new extension or perform alterations to an existing building, either to a shell for subsequent fit-out or complete finished project e.g. bathrooms, kitchens and other living areas.

We also perform conversions to existing buildings such as garages or outbuildings that can be transformed into habitable rooms like home gymnasiums, home offices, etc. and general overhauling of properties including remodelling and updating of interiors.  

Extensions 

Recent residential projects include the construction of a full width extension for both the kitchen and living areas of a semi detached house in Bournemouth.

Merlin controlled the whole project, from groundwork, through shell construction to interior fitting and decoration, using sub-contractors as required.
