Merlin can manage and oversee the whole construction phase of the project including liaison with customer, sub-contractors, material suppliers, local authorities, and consultants etc., and by doing so, provide a single point of contact for the customer.

Merlin can also oversee the Cost Management of a project from initial budgeting through to completion, including variations.
